The following schedule is established in order to meet the deadlines for UT System review and for approval by the Board of Regents. External UT System and Governor/LBB deadlines are estimated; instructions won't be released until later in the Spring.

| May 1 (Thur) | Budget Instructions Issued by UT System |
| Apr 28 - Jun 22 (Mon - Sun) | Budget Office completes institutional budgets, reconciles budget, updates budget and completes and reviews all required reports & schedules |
